The brochure design reflects and emphasises that Rosetta is an international multiscript type foundry while maintaining a connection to the Rosetta brand. This was achieved through the colours, typefaces and designs in this brochure. A repeating feature of the Rosetta blogs and website is the Rosetta Red (R=199 G=40 B=39). This colour was used for background panels, subheadings and for the main image on the back panel.

The typefaces used were Rasa and Yrsa both designed by Rosetta Typographers. Rasa and Yrsa were designed with different scripts in mind, Yrsa focused on Latin while Rasa supported Indic script. The front cover uses Latin and Indic glyphs which are continued throughout the brochure, this was done as a reference to Rosetta’s multiscript typography.

Only one image of the founder, David Březina to focus on the impact and importance of Rosetta’s multiscript typography. All images were edited with the colour limitations in mind, helping to create a sense of visual hierarchy and consistency. The pull-out quotes were set against a darker shade of red, maintaining readability and visual hierarchy.

Creating harmony between the 1st Outside Reveal and the 1st/2nd Inside Reveal was very important. The background colour is the same on both reveals to create a sense of consistency, but the pull-out quotes are aligned to flow diagonally. End Marks were used to denote the end of the narrative, Latin and Gujarati (Indic) script were used. The Gujarati script was directly translated to mean ‘The End’.
